The Health, Telecare and Community ISG will be concentrating on those services that are aimed market and can be delivered to the connected home.
This group will work to prepare service sets and applications for the connected home that can co-operate with services from other WGs to deliver interoperability and good user interfaces for other sectors as well as defining service sets that are purely communication and entertainments based.
The Group will also set the rules for a proposed SmartHouse Challenge that challenges consortia of Local Authorities, Builders, Telecare Integrators and Architects to design and then implement significant developments of adaptable houses.
