JOINING TAHI

Membership of TAHI is open to any organisation that may gain a benefit from so doing. Member organisations are sought that will contribute to TAHI and take part in projects, but some members belong in order to further their understanding of the market.

As TAHI is a Company Limited by Guarantee and not having a Share Capital, all Members of TAHI become Members of the Company and must therefore abide by the Company's Articles and Memorandum which state the obligations of Members and how the Company should be run.

Potential Members should read the Articles and Memorandum of the Company and then sign a Membership Agreement that signifies that they have read and understood and agree to abide by the articles of the Company. The agreement is then confirmed by the Board of the Company.

Joining TAHI is easy. Follow these simple steps:

1. Download constitution.zip which contains the company's Articles, Memorandum and Membership Agreement.

2. Read the Company Articles and Memorandum. (Any queries to the Secretariat)

3. Print out the Membership Agreement document on the Headed Notepaper of your organisation.

4. Sign and return by post (and/or fax) to the TAHI Secretariat

There are three membership categories:

Annual Subscription
Corporate
£10,000
SME
£2,500
Academic Institution
£500

Subscriptions are payable in advance of the subscription year which runs from 1st January to 31st December. (Bank details)

On signing the Articles and Memorandum members are invoiced by the Secretariat. Please contact the Secretariat for more information on joining the Initiative.
